About our Instructors:
Anastasia Shevchenko is the founder and the managing director behind the Berlin Yoga Conference and is a freelance yoga teacher. She is a proponent of an authentic yoga experience for self-healing and self-transformation. Her special interest lies in the creation of bridges between yoga, philosophy, science, art, and spirituality.
Nadezhda Agapova is the founder and the managing director of Yoagna Yoga Studio in Duisburg, Germany. She developed and teaches an approach to yoga, by means of which you can quickly develop body sensitivity, connect your body and mind, the body and the emotions, and live a brighter and more satisfying life. Nadezda is also the founder of YogaCycling and Balkalsee YogaReise.
Juliette van der Weijde is a Dutch teacher for yoga and breathwork. Based in Berlin since over 10 years and considering India her third home. She's fascinated by the transformational power of breathwork. "Through the breath we find the connection to our True Self." Passionate about teaching Vinyasa and Backbending, she was searching for ways to bring the benefits of yoga to people outside the yoga community. The words of Max Strom deeply resonated with her and she decided to become a certified teacher of his "Inner Axis" method.
Ricarda Magdushewski is a yoga instructor and an event creator. In her classes, she manages to create the circumstances for everybody to be able to let go and to enjoy the mindfulness in relation to the body. Ricarda lived for 7 years in Miami where practiced with a famous Yoga Instructor Jenny Cornero. Ever since Ricarda did her 200H yoga teacher training in Mexico, she teaches Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga (a yoga flow with a focus on the breath) and Yin Yoga (a passive yoga style to relax into different poses) for businesses/ a.k.a. corporate yoga, gives private classes, teaches at events and in studios around Berlin.
Bihter Kartheuser is a Berlin-based yoga teacher, originally from Istanbul. She is an avid traveler and explorer, Dervish dancer, and a continuous student in the field of yoga (which she has been practicing for 8 years and teaching for the past 4), shamanism & spirituality.
